Client Interaction - The owner of Service Evaluations meets personally with all potential and existing clients in order to fully ascertain and address each individual client's needs.
Client Reports - The owner of Service Evaluations personally reviews and revises, as necessary, all reports that are presented by shoppers prior to submission to clients.
